QUALITY matters when it comes to any inspection; and in some cases can be the difference between overlooking or pointing out a serious issue that may need to be corrected. Our team of inspectors not only understand this, we have embrased it as our company motto:
Quality comes from experience, knowledge and dedication. Choosing the right home inspector can be difficult. Unlike most professionals, you probably will not get to meet until after you hire a company. Furthermore, different inspectors have varying qualifications, equipment, experience, reporting methods and -- yes -- different pricing. One thing for sure is that a home inspection requires work -- a lot of work. Ultimately, a thorough inspection depends heavily on the individual inspector’s own effort. If you honor us by permitting our company to inspect your new home, we guarantee that we will give you our very best effort. This is our promise to you.
Understanding what to look for is one of the most important elements of an inspector's job. Every property and every location is different. Our team has over 100 years experience in the residential construction industry combined and we are very versed in the building codes, permit requirements and more.
Assurance guarantee. Our work is backed by InterNACHI's $10,000 Honor Guarantee.
Licensed inspectors are not all the same. Did you know many Home Inspectors have a home inspection license without any formal education? It's true! When licensing in the state of Florida became mandatory as of July 1, 2012 anyone who was conducting business as a home inspector was "Grandfathered" into the system as a licensed home inspector. All of our inspectors are formally trained and licensed in the State of Florida.
Instructor. Our team's lead inspector, Jude Endres, is a certified home inspector instructor through International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI). This means that our team is always up to date with the latest findings and requirements in the industry.
Thorough inspections are our calling card. A typical inspection is performed with more than one inspector (depending on the size of the property) with each inspector assigned to their assigned inspection process. This enables us to perform the most thorough and complete inspection report for you. We are known for our detailed reporting process and have built our reputation and business on the quality of the reports we deliver.
You are our client and it is our goal to ensure that you are purchasing a property that has been thoroughly inspected and that any problems have been identified and addressed in our reports. This provides you with all of the necessary information you need to make an informed decision on the purchase of your property.
